Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the free prize draw (the "Prize Draw") associated with the Gloucestershire & Wye Valley Dog Behaviour Survey, operated by Mike Taylor Dog Training.

The purpose of this survey is to conduct local market research to better understand the needs of dog owners in the Forest of Dean, Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye, Lydney, and the wider Gloucestershire area. As an incentive for participation, all eligible respondents who complete the survey will be automatically entered into a free prize draw.

By completing the survey and providing your contact details, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize Draw is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Must be a resident of the United Kingdom, with preference given to those based in the Forest of Dean, Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye, Lydney, or the wider Gloucestershire area.
• Must be a current dog owner or primary carer of a dog.
• Must complete the survey in full and provide valid contact details (name and email address).

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Mike Taylor Dog Training are not eligible to enter.

Entry to the Prize Draw is completely free. No purchase or payment is required. This Prize Draw is classified as a Free Draw under the Gambling Act 2005 and does not require a licence from the Gambling Commission.

To enter, you must:

1. Complete my Market Research Survey in full via the online HubSpot form.
2. Provide your first name, last name and email address.
3. Tick the required consent checkbox confirming you agree to enter the Prize Draw and to be contacted if you win.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The survey closing date will be announced on our social media channels with at least 7 days' notice. Any entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require it.

The programme must be redeemed within 3 months of the draw date. Scheduling will be subject to mutual availability between the winner and the Promoter.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place after the survey closes and will be conducted live on stream (via social media) to ensure full transparency and fairness.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner:

• Cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, or
• Declines the prize, or
• Is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions,

the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The date and platform for the live stream draw will be announced on Mike Taylor Dog Training's social media channels in advance.

Mike Taylor Dog Training is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you complete the survey, we collect the following personal data:

We do not collect any special category data (e.g. health data, ethnicity, religion). All survey responses about your dog's behaviour relate to the animal, not to you personally.

Your data will be used for the following purposes only:

• Prize Draw Administration: To enter you into the draw, select a winner, and contact the winner. This applies to everyone who completes the survey and ticks the required prize draw consent checkbox.
• Market Research: To analyse survey responses (in aggregate and anonymised form) to understand the needs of local dog owners. This data may be used in grant applications and business planning documents. Individual responses will not be shared publicly.
• Marketing Communications (optional): Only if you tick the separate, optional marketing consent checkbox, we may send you email updates, training tips, and information about local dog training services. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored securely within HubSpot CRM, which is compliant with UK GDPR. Data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection, after which it will be securely deleted unless you have provided ongoing marketing consent.

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties, except where required by law.

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting us directly.
• Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your data for market research purposes.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Prize Draw in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, with reasonable notice given where possible.
• The Promoter's decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by HubSpot or any social media platform.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you release and hold harmless HubSpot and any social media platforms from any liability related to the Prize Draw.
